The owner was so helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed.
It was listed as a 2 bedroom and it is NOT. It is a one bedroom with a loft so there was no privacy.

Everything worked.
Clean apartment. Looks like a fairly new refurbishment. Original building (Edificio A Cond. Giomein) is probably around 1970s, like most in Cervinia.
The double bed was very comfortable.
Good location. Walk to Plan Maison lift (the one in town gets busy) is 5 mins. It opens 8:30. I did not test the ski in ski out because that goes to the town lift. Getting to Plan Maison means getting to the slopes when they open, which is priceless!
15 mins walk to the shops.
Host communicates well and supplied good instructions for finding the entrance.
My comments are to be seen in the context of the €1938.20 for 5 nights, mid-Jan, which is a crazy price, but so is everything in Cervinia these days if you want to be near the main ski lift and want to be on the slopes before they fill up.
I've stayed in all sorts but this is the smallest "2 bedroom" apartment ever.
OK for me (I was just 1 person because a potential share dropped out) or a couple if you sleep in the same bed.
The double bed is nice and comfy but if you are taller than 1.8m you will bang your head on the ceiling. This bed is in the open space of the apartment (on a mezzanine floor) so no privacy if more than 2 are staying.
The 2nd "bedroom" is two bunk beds in a tiny room. If you close the door there will be no air to breathe at night. Maybe ok for 2 small kids.
The tiny bath (upstairs) is ok to sit in, to wash your legs.
The shower (downstairs) has a head fixed high up.
The very basic ski locker is downstairs. Nowhere to sit when putting boots on. No boot heaters. I brought my own boot heater but "boots are not allowed in the apartment".
The wifi was intermittent, especially in the evenings and then I used the phone as a wifi hotspot. There is 5G but only if you place the phone in the window.
The "ski in ski out" uses slope 3b which I did once and (being intermediate level only) would not do again, especially in the afternoon when it is gets really rough. This also uses the chair lift in the town, not Plan Maison.
The shower temperature setting was stiff and with a lot of force I just managed to turn it to something usable.

Lovely, clean, nicely furnished apartment in an excellent location very close to the main lifts and only a 5 min walk into town. Very responsive and helpful host
As other guests have mentioned the property is small and the hot water tank is small so you have to stagger showers but we were expecting this so it wasn't a problem. The ski lockers are not heated so boots don't dry out overnight.

Appartamento molto carino e confortevole, pulito e spazi organizzati alla perfezione.
Situato vicinissimo alla cabinovia che porta a Plan Maison, ci vai a piedi uscendo dalla struttura.
