Rosie's cottage is absolutely spotless, cosy and welcoming. It feels like a home from home and in a nice quiet location. It was walking distance to Beamish and only 2 mins away in car. Really good communication with owners and they are very helpful too. We stayed has a family of 5 and there was plenty of room. It's location also means there's lovely local woodland walks literally on the doorstep and the living room window view of the garden/woodland was like having a 24hr view of nature. Would definitely like to stay again. Would highly recommend.

Location was good cottage was lovely,comfortable,spotless and welcoming nice little touches,decorated for Christmas.Easy reachto Beamish museum,good restaurants and pub.

Trying to get the car in the space at the back of the cottage was a bit tricky
