Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Host was responsive when we needed something. Communication was good. House was lovely- clean and comfortable.
A few items missing from the kitchen (no oven gloves/mitts, only 2 wine glasses) Wrong details in welcome pack about type coffee maker in the house - it’s a Nespresso Magimix, not a Senseo. Could do with some mirrors in the bedrooms. None of these were dealbreakers - just suggestions for improvements.

Privacy and location
Grill was filthy and so rusted it couldn’t be used, ants, no laundry detergent, no condiments provided (what was there seemed to be leftovers from past guests).
Day 1, we noticed and mentioned to the management company that there was no freezer, no laundry detergent, and that the grill was dirty. They were very apologetic, saying they would bring some detergent and clean the grill the next day while we were away.
Day 2, nothing was done while we were away, so we contacted them again, and mentioned also seeing. ants in the kitchen. Again they were very apologetic saying they would take care of everything the next day.
Day 3, nothing was done while we were away, so we contacted them again, and then someone came to clean up the ants and attempt to clean the grill.
