Good location, clean and well equipped.
Arrival instructions were incomplete and misleading. The arrival email did not include detailed instructions necessary to locate the key to gain entry to the property.

Sauna all'interno dell'appartamento e tutti gli elettrodomestici disponibili. Appartamento pulito.
Nessun parcheggio disponibile in loco. In strada disco orario di 3h anche di notte. Niente disponibilità nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo preso la multa, 60 euro..

The apartment was great. Everything worked, was presented perfectly and very clean. The christmas decorations were lovely too! Bathroom was functional and the sauna was an amazing bonus. Floor gets a little wet due to shower being partially open, but wasn’t a problem and a special mop was provided to pull the water back to the shower area. The apartment was warm and temperature controls (3) were easy to operate. Large lift made getting luggage in and out a breeze too! English TV channels was another bonus! Address is a 5 minute stroll to the main shopping area of Rovaniemi with the Santa Express and Airport Shuttle bus making getting around simple. You can buy tickets on the bus using credit card. Taxis are very expensive and there appears to be a significant “tourist tax” applied……
I highly recommend this apartment and the hosts are really fast to respond to any questions!
It’s a good size one bedroom apartment with large double sofa bed in lounge. My teenage daughters didn’t mind sleeping on the sofa, but some kids might not. It’s a big sofa bed! Apartment would be fine for two couples although the sauna would be very cosy :-)

Good location, very quiet area, the house is clean and tidy, is look like a quite new building, easy to access.
Don’t have tissue but have toilet paper. The pillow is too sort
