Quiet, strategic location, very close to malls, supermarkets, the city center, and Santa Village. Complete facilities, suitable for families, clean and tidy. If I go to Rovaniemi again, I will stay here again.

The house could have been cleaner. But honestly it always comes down to staff, and they were terrible. I called to ask about the sleds that were supposed to be there and the lady was extremely snarky on the phone and on the day of checkout, the hotel was closed because the receptionist got sick. I would expect a hotel with 24 hour reception to be able to replace her shift.
