Registrierung war "gewöhnungsbedürftig", hat aber schlussendlich geklappt. Zugang zur Unterkunft mit Zugangscode, daher keinen direkten, persönlichen Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten im Zentrum, die Unterkunft gross und gut ausgestattet.
Das Haus ist etwas schlecht schallgedämmt, man hört die Nachbarn ziemlich gut. Und das Treppenhaus hätte mal wieder eine Reinigung verdient.

Meinem Sohn hat am Besten gefallen, dass es eine Switch und versch. Streaming Dienste gab.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Für drei Personen gut eingerichtet.
Uns hat alles gefallen. Falls etwas nicht funktionierte, konnte man mit dem Besitzer chatten und bekam zeitnah Unterstützung.

The apartment is in the very centre of Giessen, very close to the station and the main activities of the city. It's a spacious environment with a lot of facilities. Everything is very tidy and clean.
Unfortunately the staff was quite rude. I had to call assistance because I could not manage to open the gate and she responded as if I was disturbing her and continously saying "eh??? eh????" as if I was stupid. Not the best experience. The bed sheets were quite old and ruined although everything was very tidy.

Wohnung und Lage gut.
Check in.....puhh, mit Personalausweis übers Handy von unterwegs und Foto....das hatte ich noch nie und ich reise viel.
Taschen eine Stunde früher abstellen nicht möglich, Gastgeberin nicht freundlich am Telefon.
Und dann noch eine Check out Anweisung.... bis 10.00 Uhr!!!!
Wenn möglich noch Bettwäsche in die Waschmaschine stecken, hahaha, das mache ich jederzeit gerne, aber nicht unter diesen Umständen.
Wohnung total in Ordnung aber das Gehabe drumherum unmöglich und das bei dem Preis!
