The property has a great location and the kitchen is semi-well kitted out and certainly functional. Getting the keys was very simple and the area seemed quite nice.
The bed itself (either the mattress topper or the mattress itself) really smelled very bad. I didn't want the owners to come in while I was out so I did not mention it, so they might have fixed that if I had asked them to. The apartment is right above a restaurant which is very loud at weekends until pretty much midnight, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. There were a few bugs (which is understandable due to the botanical gardens being right beside the property), but there were also fruit flies (probably from the previous guests?) which was not very pleasant or understandable.
On a much less relevant level, the kitchen was functional but a few things were missing (smaller pan, scissors) which I would have needed.
