Very quiet area, nice area to walk in. A tavern is easily in walking distant as well as a restaurant. If you are looking for somewhere in that area that is laid back, great fit.

We loved staying in this quiet, clean and cozy home close to the bay and Cedar Point! The hot tub was a pleasant surprise!

The communication with the owner was good but the house lacked basic amenities and has some issues.
The location was good and house was good but small.
The house did not have comforter but sheets and thin blankets. We brought our own pillows or those would have been minimal also. The house had plastic dishes.
The second floor shower did not get hot. The cartridge was broken and was not fixed during stay so we could not use that shower. The queen bed on the main floor sunk in the middle so whether you are by yourself or with a close you were pushed to the middle. This could have been a bad mattress or the supports looked to not be installed correctly.
Hot tub was a nice surprise but very dirty with bugs and human hair.
Front porch had lots of spider webs and we got spiders in the house. Could have used some home defense bug spray.
Note that there is not a dishwasher, disposal or washer / dryer. I just did not notice this on description. So that is my fault.
For a little more detail and money, the stay could be much nicer. For same money we have gotten better houses in the cedar point area.
