Clean!! Worked perfectly for our large family gathering. There are a lot of games onsite and a wonderful outdoor area. There is a train track right behind the house that runs frequently. I would say that is the only negative but, in my opinion, still a wonderful space for group gatherings and due to the reasonable cost compared with other similar properties, I would consider renting here again.
