It feels like you’re in the Venice Canals. We have kayaks, BBQ’s, fire pits, and all the beach essentials. Take an afternoon swim and enjoy the BBQ’s and fire pits. Cruise around the bay in our Duffy boat (inquire for great rates) to experience the magic of Newport Beach Bay.

Guest Access:
This 6-bed, 4-bath home sleeps up to 16 featuring two levels, each with private entries – perfect for multiple families traveling together who also appreciate privacy.
You have access to both single car garages with the option to park a car outside each garage totaling 4 parking spots. Garage remotes are located on the desk of each unit.
Other Things to Note:
The Duffy boat is available for an additional charge of $400 per day. Let us know in advance if you would like to rent the Duffy boat during your stay. We’ll share a rental agreement for your safety and enjoyment.
● Street sweeping is every Tuesday from 8:30am-12:30 pm. Guests are responsible for observing all street signs.
● There is a washer and dryer in the garage attached to the lower unit.
● Trash day is on Mondays. Trash bins are located on the right hand side of the gate when facing the home from the street.
● This is a smoke free, vape free home and no illegal substances will be tolerated.
● Please note that this home is intended for quiet enjoyment and is not suitable for large gatherings or parties. We kindly ask guest to respect the local ordinance, which is enforced starting at 9pm.
● Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay

The property is perfect! We have been coming to Newport with our kids and grandkids for over 6 years. And the entire group voted this stay the very best! Great to have toys for the bay at the same time so close to a great bodysurfing beach. Wonderful property with everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Everything was great with our stay. We appreciated the communication and ease of check-in. The house was very clean and well maintained with so many amenities!The location is great for beach access and being on the bay directly. Lots of places within walking distance also. The layout and furniture allowed for our full team (12 people) to stream presentations on the TV during our meetings and easily converse.The kitchen is fully stocked and everything we needed.

We had our staff retreat at the house - it’s a duplex with an upstairs and downstairs - full units. We used the downstairs living room and connected dining room with the outdoor deck for our retreat. And also used both kitchens for team cooking. We also walked down to the beach for some guided tai chi. Everything was clean, we used the Duffy boat which was fun! The management was very efficient and easy communicate with. I’ve booked about 5 various home rentals for staff retreats and this was everyone’s favorite! 10/10 would definitely book this house again!
