Brilliant location, central to everything, very comfortable beds, air conditioning throughout. Added benefit was the great breakfast provided by the host who was on hand to answer any questions we had.

"We were two small families and it was the ideal accommodation – having two bathrooms was absolutely top-notch! The host provided all the check-in instructions well in advance. Upon arrival, drinks and snacks were waiting for us. I highly recommend it if you have small children. It's just a short walk from the station and close to the tower; all eight of us managed to walk everywhere on foot. There is also a small café nearby with perfect croissants and coffee." "When you open the windows, you can hear the birds singing – it’s truly magical."

We stayed for 4 nights. Fantastic Location, close to river side and and the leaning Tower - all in walking distance. excellent for family with kids. clean rooms/bathrooms with all needed facilities with excellent WiFi. loved the complimentary snacks. Host is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Living room floor tiles are clod sometimes (at winter/spring). carpets in some places would make it more comfortable. .

We need to bring our luggage to the 5 floor. No elevator and its a bit too far from train station. That's the only problem. Other than that we are very happy with the room condition.
