Die sehr gute Lage in die Innenstadt und vom Bahnhof zur Wohnung, es kann alles mit Leichtigkeit zu Fuß erledigt werden.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr hellhörig. Wenn die Gäste nebenan Husten oder etwas lauter reden hört man das sehr deutlich im Zimmer.

The place was very close to our expectations, central, practical and had the necessary things to spend a few days. It was noticeable that the neighbors take care of the tranquility of the place and we could enjoy the city and have a place to rest as we had planned.
The only thing that was a little annoying were the noises of the building construction nearby and the neighbors since the walls are a bit sloppy.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral gelegen. Wir haben alles fußläufig erreichen können und empfanden die Straße in der die Wohnung liegt angenehm ruhig.
Das Badezimmer war für die große der Wohnung sehr großzügig und sauber. Das Bett reichte uns zwei Freundinnen auch völlig aus. Größeren Personen könnte das Bett zu zwei ggf. etwas eng sein.
Leider war das Geschirr nicht sauber und wir haben es erst einmal selbst gespült und gewaschen. Auch der Backofen funktionierte nicht. Eine Schublade in der Küchenzeile fehlte und der Griff einer Schublade war stark beschädigt. Hier hätten wir uns einen gepflegteren Eindruck gewünscht und sicherlich wären die Reparaturen mit wenig Aufwand möglich. Es gibt keine Jalousien, dafür zwei Rollos an den Fenstern. Diese waren stark verschmutzt (Fettflecken, vermutlich durch das Kochen am davor liegenden Herd). Fensterscheiben selbst wurden wohl schon länger nicht mehr gesäubert, störte uns jedoch nicht direkt, da wir eh tagsüber unterwegs waren.
Wie auch schon einige andere Reisende berichten haben, ist das Wohnhaus und die Wohnung extrem hellhörig. Nachts hingegen war es am Wochenende angenehm ruhig.
