Toll eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Holz(!!!)Detail, alles da was man braucht. Wir haben die Lese/Chill-Ecke besonders geliebt (tipp: nicht gut mobile Personen könnten einen Hocker brauchen um den ca 1m hoch zu steigen) Lage ist großartig, ziemlich ruhig dafür dass es so zentral liegt und alles was man braucht (und nicht braucht aber will) in 10-15min maximal zu Fuß erreichbar. Man geht ein paar Schritte aus dem Haus und steht in der Innenstadt. Perfekt für ein paar Tage, wer länger bleiben möchte vermisst eventuell einen Sessel/Sofa. Check in war super easy, vorab-Kommunikation prima.
In einer anderen Wohnung im Haus wird stark geraucht, was wir manchmal auch in der FeWo gerochen haben, könnte sehr sensible Personen stören. Treppenhaus ist hellhörig, aber wir haben uns schnell dran gewöhnt.

Location is great. It is an easy walk into the city and the Straßenbahn. Apartment was very comfortable.
When the window is open it can get loud because of traffic. Once the window is closed it is very quiet.
