The best was ridiculously comfy and the place was sparkling clean. It was only a 10 minute walk to the closest tube station which was handy for getting around. A big Asda at the bottom of the road which let me pick up some bits and bobs. The whole place was stunning and I will definitely be booking again!

Apartment location is amazing for Wembley events
Close to shops and cafes too. The flat was clean,warm, comfy and very cosy. Had everything we needed for a nice stay.
The fold out sofa bed wasn't very comfy even with a mattress topper as you could still feel a bar of wood along your back so my children didnt sleep that well but could be easily solved with a thicker topper or an actual mattress to be put on top.

The booking was made over 6 months ago, acknowledged and paid for.
We advised our arrival time, and the host advised if properly ready between 2-3 we could have access.
Due to issues with our travel. We arrived at 4 pm. I emailed host for access information no response. The apartment was next to the hosts residence. Knocked at the door no answer. Called BDC. Thru tried no joy. Whilst on the phone, the hosts daughter opened the door. She called her mum got the code and we gained entry. However the apartment had not been cleaned, bed not changed and no clean towels. Cous left on drainer.
The reason given by host, had a mishap stuck in traffic in Notting. Excuse not acceptable. It wasn’t a last minute booking. Plans should be in place even in an emergency if you run a business
