Perfect location and the views were amazing

Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen - einmalige Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit vor Ort, leider was wir auch verstehen durch Agentur mussten wir am Morgen bei der Abreise das Haus abgeben und hätten nur für einen Aufpreis bis nach dem Mittag im Haus bleiben können. Ansonsten hat alles sehr gut geklappt - Personen mit denen wir zu tun hatten waren sehr freundlich und nett.

Einfahrt - zwei Garagen sehr eng. wenn man ein grosses Fahrzeug (zb. Bus) hat muss man sehr gut aufpassen. Ausfahrt auch nicht gerade übersichtlich. Gut die Strasse ist nicht stark befahren

Absolutely nothing!!

Good location. Clean. Good amenities. Tastefully decorated. Nice thick towels and good linens.

The maintenance of the property was very poor. We experienced remotes for fans that didn’t work, remotes for gate into the property that was faulty resulting in not being able to open the gate without having to call the management company to come and assist. There was an issue with a faulty toilet that despite letting the management company know many times was never addressed. We had requested a few fans as temperatures were in the high 30’s and the house was unbearably hot in the two bedrooms - two guests were in their 80’s - and we never got an answer other than to say “I will speak to the property manager and get back to you”. No answer was received. There were Burned out light fixtures outside the garage and front door proving a safety hazard when walking up the stairs and out of one’s car. Requested on 3 separate occasions towels for pool only to receive them the day before we left. All this following up with property manager took significant effort and could easily have been avoided had the property been maintained well.
