About this house rental
Located in Kommetje, 40 minutes from Cape Town, this idyllic location will offer you the luxury you’re expecting when coming to this Private Eco Estate. Guarded 24/7, the properties enjoy the calm surroundings, where children can run free in a fantastic neighbourhood.
Our house was completely renovated in 2025, featuring the latest in technology and accommodation. Beds from Rial, a hand-made kitchen with finest Oak woods featuring a large fridge and freezer, microwave and steam-capable oven, a large 90cm induction hob and a dishwasher.
Every bedroom features a large TV set as do our gathering areas. A smaller diner table downstairs leads to the outside patio where our pool sits. Our outside terrace features a comfortable lounge as well as 2 loungers and a dining table for 8 persons.
Upstairs is a large gathering area with leather couches and another dining area for 8 persons.

We have visited Cape Town several times but this was by far our favourite place. The house is in a fabulous location on a secure eco estate a few minutes walk from the beach. Newly renovated to a very high standard, clean and extremely comfortable, we loved every minute of our stay. Communication with owner Marc and Cate who manages guests was very easy and they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommended.
