Located on the ground floor, it is equipped with air conditioning in every room, heating, washing machine, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, living room with a sofa bed and a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine coffee, kettle.
Unlimited wi-fi internet.
POSITION
It is easily reachable from Fiumicino airport by train that passes through Ostiense station which is a few minutes' walk away.
It is located between the two historic districts of Testaccio and Trastevere.
It is very well connected by public transport:
- It is possible to reach the Colosseum on foot by taking a walk of about 20 minutes passing in front of the Circus Maximus
- with a three train stop from Ostiense station (about 10 minutes away on foot) you can get to San Pietro.
- about 10 minutes on foot you reach Piramide station where you can take metro B and in just 2 stops get to the Colosseum or 4 stops and get to Termini Station
The two neighborhoods of Testaccio and Trastevere are full of clubs and restaurants where you can taste true Roman cuisine.
Nearby you can find Parking for your car: there are free parking areas and paid garages.

Everything was amazing. Francesca is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met— she had excellent and fast communication and went the extra mile to make recommendations for us, provide snacks, and help us out. The place is wonderful— it is very clean, located in a quiet area, and beautifully decorated. It was easy to use public transportation to get to the city center. If we are ever back in Rome we will stay here again!

Lovely apartment, new appliances, welcoming bottle of wine. Terrace nice, by the river.
Was construction going on at the bridge, so limited access to the river.
No bus route, had subway service, train station a bit of a walk.

The house was in a very quiet and tucked away spot which was perfect for getting away from all the noise. It was super easy to either taxi or lime scooter to and close enough to the train/tram lines (only like at 10 min walk)
