About this apartment rental
Apartment of 100 sqm recently renovated (June 2017). It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Ideally located, just steps from Metro "Cipro", 800 meters from the Vatican Museums and about 1 km from S. Basilica. Peter. The home furnished with attention to detail, is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV Led in each room, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle. Bed linen and towels are included.
The completely renovated property in June 2017 is made up of:
CAMERA 1:
Bedroom with a double bed and on request standard single bed (80x200). There is a double wardrobe with mirror, desk, air conditioning and LED TV. The room faces an external balcony.
CAMERA 2:
Bedroom with two standard single beds (80x200) which can be converted into a double bed. There is a double wardrobe with mirror, desk, air conditioning and LED TV. The room faces an external balcony.
BATHROOM 1:
The bathroom is comfortable and includes a large shower, bidet, towels shampoo, soap, hairdryer.
BATHROOM 2:
The bathroom is comfortable and includes shower, bidet, towels shampoo, soap, hairdryer.
LIVING ROOM:
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed (140x200), two armchairs, table for 6/8 people with chairs. Tv Led.
KITCHEN:
Complete with crockery and all kitchen accessories. Oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toast machine, coffeemaker. Table and chairs for 4 people.
BALCONY:
From the kitchen and the rooms you can access a large balcony with parasol curtains that can be cleaned and relaxed.
Entire home, outside balcony.

Upon arrival you will be charged the City of Rome's Stay Tax of € 3.50 per night for up to 10 nights (children up to 10 years of age are excluded).
THE DISTRICT
The apartment is located in an elegant condominium on the seventh floor with elevator.
The area is quiet and safe even at night. Also, if you have children with you, on Viale degli Ammiragli there is a small playground with swings and slides.
A few meters away there are several supermarkets (also Bio!), Restaurants, bars, clothing stores, etc.
CONNECTIONS
The area as well as the Metro "Cipro" is well connected by bus and train (Valle Aurelia railway station).
If you come by car, there are free public car parks in the vicinity of the apartment, or guarded with paid vigilance.

This accommodation in Rome is conveniently located near major attractions and a metro station. The area appeared to be safe. The host was friendly and responsive to inquiries. It is very suitable for a group of 8. We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights.

Apartment is nice, clean, convenient. Manager is friendly and helpful and greeted me in person and explained everything. Location is very convenient, safe and close to food shops and cafes and restaurants. About 30 minutes walk to the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica.

This is a very nice apartment in a good location. It's exactly like the pictures - no wide angles to make thigs look bigger than they are.Every room but the kitchen has a heavy duty air conditioner - you will be very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms are large and one is small. The small room has a bed bed enough for an adult (we have a 23 year old son) and the other bedrooms are comfortable for couples.The metro is close and you can walk, you have grocery stores and restaurants close by.Your host Cesar is wonderful. He speaks great English and can help with transportation, questions ect. We regret not having him coordinate a taxi from the airport when we first arrived. You can have someone waiting for you and a fixed price if you ask for his help.We highly recommend this place and feel fortunate to have found it. Thanks Cesar!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and close to restaurants and the subway. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely gets a 10
