The apartment on the third floor has a magnificent view of the Grand Canal, living room, kitchen, dining room, 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms. The attic apartment on the fourth floor consists of a dining room with kitchenette, small living room, two rooms and two bathrooms. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. 10/10. Great property and great location. Our water taxi from the airport dropped off 100ft away from the front door. Our host was great! She reached out to me the morning we arrived and checked us in early, which was very much welcomed! When we met her from the boat, she did a full tour of the property and explained everything. We had 12 in our family group and stayed in both the 3rd and 4th floor apartments. They can be separate or connected through an additional door so it worked perfectly. The bathrooms and air conditioning were wonderful.Everything is you need is what I would call “Venice close.” Meaning it’s close distance-wise, but the maze of corridors and bridges will make the walk seem longer. From this property you can reach any part of Venice in 30 minutes walking, if you know the route. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay was fine. The furnishings of the apartment were quite worn and in some cases stained. Room sizes were good and bathrooms were updated and very nice. It would have been nice if there had been some basic supplies provided such as dish soap, sponge, filters for coffee. We had no idea where the grocery store was.
