Location, proximity to boat transfer, staff/service, size of accommodation.
Located across from music school which was externally loud all day, hard beds, low ceiling on upper floor—my 6’4” son couldn’t stand straight. They should advise you if the low height before booking. Also very creaky doors that were loud and could use oil.

New property. Very comfortable and well located
Air conditioner wasn’t working. Problems with transportation to and from the hotel. On the way in, the hotel asked if I wanted a private pick up, confirmed booking but driver/boat arrived with 40 minutes delay. On the way out, we were not informed that due to an event at the city no boats were allowed in the hotel area. We had to take our bags up the bridge/stairs to public transportation…

What a wonderful apartment! We were met by Valentina who greeted us and showed us everything. Not only is the apartment spacious and comfortable, there was a bottle of Prosecco, fresh fruit and complimentary snacks. All the products in the bathroom were excellent and they even supply you with a steamer. I was very impressed with the Dyson hair dryer and now want one. Furniture was fun and colorful as well as comfortable. We happily asked for a water taxi to take us to the airport and it pulls up write to the apartment so didn't have to drag my luggage through town.
Didn't like the initial pillows but when I requested different ones, they kindly brought excellent new ones.
