Welcome to La Petite Gardenia***, an elegant and bright 135 m² home located just a 2-minute walk from the beach.
Ideal for family stays or trips with friends (up to 6 guests + baby), it offers comfort, spacious interiors, and tasteful décor.
A landscaped garden, a south-facing terrace, and an upstairs terrace with sea views complete this relaxing setting.
Spread over two levels, our 3 star house offers a smooth and welcoming layout.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious, south-facing living area with a lounge, dining space, and a modern open-plan kitchen opening onto a furnished terrace and landscaped garden — ideal for outdoor dining and shared moments. This level also includes a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a private shower room, and separate toilets.
Upstairs, a TV lounge opens onto a south-facing terrace with sea views. You will also find two bedrooms (one double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and one bedroom with two single beds 90x200), as well as a bathroom equipped with a corner bathtub and a shower.
The house also features a comfortable TV lounge, a landscaped garden designed by a professional gardener, high-speed Wi-Fi, quality linens, and family-friendly amenities (baby cot available on request).

Barneville-Carteret is a seaside resort in Cotentin, certified as family-friendly.
Close to the D-Day beaches, this resort is perfect for enjoying a wide range of sports, either alone or with the family, but also for relaxing in the small cove at Potinière beach in Carteret or enjoying one of the many excellent restaurants in the resort.
Barneville also has a large beach. You will also find a skate park and many shops (butchers, bakeries, hairdressers, Carrefour, Utile, DIY, etc.).
As for Hatainville beach, a few kilometres away, it offers one of the largest dune massifs in Europe.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this place and our host! We were so impressed with this up-to-date beach house with ocean views off the top deck and a cozy yard with garden to lounge in shade. Just a stones throw away from being on the beach! This house is next to the beach access and the area is picturesque! The home was well-stocked with everything one would need to have a beach get-a-way with friends and family. It has great spaces to gather with everyone and to find a quiet spot alone to read. The decor is warm and inviting to make it feel homelike right from the start. And, the host was always very responsive and kind. They had a sweet welcome basket of local treats and a detailed helpful guide about things to do in the area. Our stay here was the best part of our French adventures! Merci beaucoup!!!
