About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 65 m² house in Barneville-Carteret for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 29 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 540 m² shared garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows
Ground floor
- A 29 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC.
First floor
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: One queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
Outside :
- 540 m² of enclosed, shared, south-facing garden
- A 20m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A shared petanque area
The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
- Admire the panorama from the Carteret lighthouse during night-time visits: a magical experience between the starry sky and the ocean.
- Follow the customs path to the Hatainville dunes: a favourite walk between sea, moors and cliffs.
- Set sail for Jersey or Guernsey from the port of Carteret: an island getaway accessible by sea shuttle.
- Take advantage of the water-based activities on the main beaches: surfing, sand yachting, paragliding or relaxing at sunset.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's designated parking space. You can also park in the street in front of the property.
Free parking for large vehicles is available nearby (camper vans, boats, trailers).

- Nearest railway station: Valognes railway station, 30 minutes' drive away.
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, 1? hours' drive away
