Welcome to Skier's Paradise - our newly designed Ellicottville chalet!
Location, location, location! Enjoy the best of both worlds - the chalet is within walking distance to town for quick access to festivals and the lively EVL bar and restaurant scene, plus only 5 mins to your favorite outdoor adventure whether that be skiing, mountain biking, or hiking!
This chalet is the perfect 4 season retreat to enjoy with family and friends with a private hot tub, firepit, wrap around porch and a large grassy area on a 1 acre lot. With 5 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms, the chalet is great for groups. Cozy up by the gas fireplace and big screen TV under the beautiful vaulted wood beam ceilings, or make a tasty meal in our fully stocked kitchen after a day of fun outdoors.

* 5 min drive to Holiday Valley resort, with incredible 4 season activities for all ages - skiing, golfing, mountain biking, hiking, mountain coaster, Oasis spa and more!

The hot tub and fire pit were fantastic. We had a gorgeous weekend of weather and fall colors. The house is “walkable“ into town, but it is a very long walk! Definitely not walkable for kids or older people. The rooms were set up well for extended family and the kitchen was well appointed.

Wonderful place with all amenities. Good for family/pets. Our adult group demanded more separate sleeping spaces, especially with closets. Outdoor spaces were great, especially fire pit. Hot tub was a bit overchlorinated.

Overall we had a great stay. The hottub at this property broke last minute so the hosts were able to accommodate us at another property. House was very nice. The only thing that could have made the stay better was the cleanliness of the kitchen. The oven was unusable from how dirty it was inside and smoking. So the food we brought to cook went to waste. The hosts did accommodate a later check out for us which was appreciated. Would recommend these hosts!
