Le studio est très bien pour quelques nuits
L emplacement est bien ..le céntre ville n est pas loin a pied ..restaurants a proximité
Il faut préciser que l appartement est au 3 ème étage avec un escalier un peu compliqué pour les personnes âgées

La localisation du studio était parfaite pour moi qui souhaitais découvrir Dunkerque, à mi-chemin entre la plage d'un côté et le centre de l'autre (+/- 15min pour chaque).
Le parking gratuit et juste devant le studio.
Le studio, propre, bien équipé, confortable et l'accès au Wi-Fi compris dans la location.
Les consignes claires affichées/données par le propriétaire et la documentation "touristique" à disposition.
Les escaliers qui mènent au studio (3ème étage) n'étaient vraiment pas propres et il s'en dégageait une légère odeur d'urine de chat (même si j'ai bien compris que ceux-ci étaient censés être entretenus par les résidents des appartements du 1er et du 2ème étage).
La salle de bain légèrement trop petite à mon goût et le canapé-lit qui grince.

La proximité du centre. Un appartement coquet neuf et propre.
L’absence de petit équipement pour préparer un petit déjeuner dans le logement. Le bruit du boulevard.

Location
The neighbours keep trying to open the door thinking that its the way to go outside.
The neighbouring apartment is also an airbnb type.
The acoustics isolation is very minimal so i was hearing them alot.
On the second day someone just enter my place abruptly. Because i left the door unlocked. Since then they check if it’s unlock everyday.
The security felt very limited.
The property owner didnt want to give us the code before 14h. Rightfully so i paid extra to get in at 14h. At that moment i arrived at 13h and requested to get the code. They were reluctant to give. Thus i had to stand in the rain for 1hr14mins as the code was sent to me 14mins late.
In my other experiences owners are much more kinder. The handover of the keys was below the standards but right according to the contract.
