Good location, easy to get both to the beach and the train station. Nothing fancy but it works well for a few nights. Staff was really nice and helpful. Clean and good facilities.
They will ask for a 300€ deposit before your stay that will be charged after your stay in case of damage. Not necessarily a negative thing but just a heads up.

Good location close to the dock area, museums and beach area. Very clean studio apartment with free unsecured parking at the front of the building. Greeted by Cathy who was very flexible when our arrival time was brought forward. Useful local information maps.
The welcome book was basically an itinerary of everything in apartment and a full list of charges if anything is broken or missing. This did not really make us feel welcome. An unexpected email enroute demanding credit card details as security deposit warning they could take up to €300. A message the night before leaving reminding us it is a €70 charge if the kitchen area not left completely clean. Makes me wonder what kind of guests they are used to but sadly it made it impossible for us to relax.
