The property is very modern and spacious, with a large communal area and a decent location not far from Oxford city centre. The detached guest house was particularly charming, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.
However, the main house fell short of expectations. There were noticeable stains on the bedsheets, cobwebs and spiders on the ceilings, and kitchenware with leftover food residue. One of the bedrooms had faulty lighting that couldn’t be switched on and flickered constantly. Additionally, the placement of sockets in the bedrooms was quite inconvenient.

We were given the wrong postcode initially and once given the correct one we couldn't get the code to allow entry. The host was extremely prompt to assist us though. The next morning we had some rubbish bags left on the doorstep from neighbours saying the cleaners had allowed the bins to overflow but again the host responded quickly to the issue and was very apologetic and said they would speak to both cleaners and neighbours.
We would all definitely stay there again even though it seemed a longer distance from Oxford. We were attending Blenheim Horse Trials so was good for that.
A couple of the TVs didn't work but apart from that it was very good

Beds are comfy. Location is good. Modernised decoration and fully furnished with lots of things
The trees are not properly maintained. The garden is not well looked after.
