Robert waited for us at the property giving us the keys and all the information. The location was brilliant, flat at the ground floor very easy to get in to, very clean and spacious flat with two bedrooms and two toilets, one kitchen nicely organised, car park is free just underneath the apartment.

Nice to be in Jericho, had enough space for 4 people. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Poorly equipped kitchen, sofa sank down on one side, dated bathrooms, old carpets. Needs a refresh and the kitchen equipment replacing. Toilet brushes are horrible!!!

It is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable.
Difficult instructions to park and get the key, it could be explained a lot easier. Too many rules to switch on and off the heaters, water and to take the bed sheets away yourself. Not very centric, be ready to walk 20 minutes. Check out is quite early at 10am, be ready to pay £20 per extra hour..
