L'atmosfera calda e familiare della sistemazione, in condominio tranquillo, posizione centralissima. Di fronte la fermata del tram ma un appartamento silenzioso e luminoso.
Ci sono 2 stanze da bagno ma per noi italiani avere i servizi igienici in una stanza diversa da quella dove solitamente ci si lava è un po' insolito. Massima pulizia comunque.

Ich bin regelmäßig in Karlsruhe und buche meist Ferienwohnungen. Eine so gut ausgestattete, perfekt organisierte und helle Wohnung habe ich noch nie bekommen. Mehr Lob mag ich jetzt nicht formulieren, sonst habe ich künftig keine Chance mehr, sie wieder zu bekommen.
Mich hat es nicht besonders gestört, ich schlafe tief wie ein Bär. Zumal ich mich im Bett wie im Himmelreich fühlte. Doch die Straßenbahn, die das Haus zum Teil umrundet, quietscht früher als ein Hahn auf dem Land kräht. Das könnte Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf nerven. Positiv könnte man natürlich auch formulieren, dass die Endstation der Tram direkt vor dem Haus liegt.

Nice, spatious apartment. Good location, easy to reach by the public transport.
I wish I could regulate the temperature in the apartment to 21C, instead of 19C. I understand this is a recommendation for Germany, but still....I would consider coming in the wintertime because of that.
