Location is very convenient. 3 mins walk to tram and in about 14 mins you are in center of city
Also supermarkets like Lidl and Aldi are just 2- 3 mins drive. Very spacious. Nice bathroom. Easy to communicate with owner.
Bit old building, interiors though renovated, thats also a bit worn out. Also please note if you are travelling during winter, spring you ll have to clear up the water from the air de-humidifier.

Ottima casa arredata in stile moderno minimale con tutte le comodita
Aumentare le lenzuola o piumoni se dormono più di 2 persone e mettere a disposizione una pentola più grande sempre se alloggiano 3 o piu persone

"The place was nice and clean, near to a supermarket, 5 mins by foot.
The area is quiet, some neighbors were partying, but it wasn't too loud.
