Funcionários muito educados e gentis. Café da manhã bom e preparado com carinho e atenção dos funcionários
Limpeza, localização, barulho excessivo. O quarto não tem janela mas sim um basculante e bem alto e uma segunda porta antiga bloqueada por um móvel.

A localização é excelente, próximo à Rua Torta, à Rua Coberta e à estação da Maria Fumaça.
Do acesso, pois tivemos que subir as escadas com as nossas malas e da inexistência de estacionamento, o carro teve que ficar ao relento.

A localização é bem no centro, embora as instalações seja bem simples o banheiro ta reformado, o colchão e os travesseiros sao bons.
A pousada é antiga e precisa de uma reforma geral na estrutura, o espaço p café da manhã e minúsculo e só tem uma mesa, no entanto os itens servido é extremamente restrito. A porta do quarto fica junto a porta do banheiro e para entrar no quarto é preciso fazer um malabarismo, o trinco da janela estava solto e os quartos ficam virado p rua que tem um comércio perto e faz barulho na madruga
