Custo benefício, organização do espaço, o bairro assim como a localização excelente do imóvel, bem próximo as principais atrações de Miguel Pereira.
A roupa de cama era bem antiga e o fato de deixarem o portão de garagem escancarado.

Quarto limpo ,anfitrião sempre disponível para auxiliar, ótima localização e chuveiro quente e forte .
Banheiro precisa de uma reforma quarto sem muito conforto não possui tapete ao lado da cama para colocar os pés ao descer dela . Não possui ar condicionado somente ventilador e para quem é alérgico é bem complicado porém o anfitrião foi muito solícito e rapidamente providenciou outro ventilador mais em dias quentes creio que não dará vazão mesmo assim .

A casa é bem arejada, possui banheiro e quarto amplos. Muito limpa. Anfitrião respondeu muito rápido o whatsapp para todas as minhas questões. A casa fica bem próxima ao Centro e perto de uma padaria. Ótimo custo x benefício

Próximo aos pontos turísticos
Limpeza, falta de energia sem gerador, lugar vazio e sujo. A cozinha era compartilhada e não tinha nenhum funcionário para mantê-la limpa.
