The location was perfect and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It was excellent value for money and we will definitely come back.
Could have done with a few more dishwasher tablets or cleaning products.

The location is perfect, being so close to Disney that you could walk there in 20 mins is ideal. We also all thought it was good value for money.
Getting into the building with a 2-seater buggy was difficult as there was no accessibility access, only stairs. The instructions for finding the bins were not clear and we never found them (the elevator to -1 was not working and we could not find any steps). The facilities for the kitchen was far from ideal as there were no basics for cooking (oil, butter, salt, sugar, milk, etc.), no oven gloves, only 1 tea towel, a few cracked glasses, knives that might as well be butter knives with how sharp they are, only 4 dishes and 2 mugs. We arrived and had to do a big shop on our first day which was far from ideal, and we were using bath towels for drying and oven gloves. The kettle looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and was full of white flakes that would get in drinks. There were no instructions on how to use the heating, so we were unable to quickly dry clothes and towels. The requested cot did not come with a mattress so we had to make do with the chair cushions. For an apartment that is clearly meant for families with small children (being so close to Disneyland), it was strange how noisy everything was. Most of the doors squeaked, the washing machine & dryer were tied on top of each other so they made a racket at the end of their cycle so they couldn't go on overnight, and because sound travelled from one side of the apartment to the other you couldn't even watch the TV at night without the risk of waking the children. One of the wall ornaments made of solid wood also fell off the wall out of nowhere and nearly fell on the head of our 2 year old, so I don't know how often the apartment has safety checks.
I would not let all of this put people off from staying here at all, we had a great holiday and had fun at Disney. But they are definitely things that people should be aware of and should be fixed.
