The location was great. We were staying to go to Disney and the train station was easy to access. The parking garage was secure, spacious, and no extra cost. The space was good for the 4 of us and very comfortable. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, everything we would need was available.
We arrived in the area very late, the owner's son was very accommodating and helped us even though it was well after midnight.
The locking mechanism for the main door was quite irritating as there were 4 adults, one key and no door knob on the outside of the door. My son had to return to the apartment because he was sick and then had to get out of bed to come to the street to let us in.
There were no instructions in the apartment about upkeep, check out or what is expected of guests during their stay. It would be useful to have some information about the area, public transportation apps, grocers or other necessities nearby. Having a washing machine, providing detergent, even at a small charge, would be helpful as most travelers do not have luggage space to purchase and take home with them.
The linens in the unit consisted of exactly 4 towlels and one kitchen towel for 4 days and 3 nights. I found that unnerving!
Granted, these are not "wrongs" but more what we would have found helpful. The one thing that I had a problem with, we had an 11am check out, the cleaning lady showed up at 10:55. My husband was carrying bags to the car and she wanted in to clean. She spoke no English, I spoke no French. I used my translator app to let her know he was coming right up and I would bring the key back in but even that seemed lost in translation. I understand wanting an accurate and timely check out, but I felt shoved out the door.
