The communication from Neal, the host was excellent, friendly and timely, as was his welcome pack, which was readily available electronically in multiple languages and included all the relevant information one would need about the property as well where to go and what to do in Amsterdam. The decor and furnishing of the property is of the highest standard, beautiful but also functional and comfortable with absolutely everything one would need from the kitchen appliances to the abundant towels and wonderful scented soaps in the bathrooms. The living area is very spacious and has huge floor to ceiling doors opening to the outside. The location is perfect, I dont think one could do better. Right on one of the main canals in close proximity to everything but not noisy, it is very quiet and peaceful inside the property.
The only negative thing I can say about the property (and I say so reluctantly because the apartment really is wonderful) is that the third bedroom is very small and has no natural light (i.e. no windows or roof light). So this room is more suitable for a single person or children.

Everything about the property was fantastic. Neil was super helpful throughout the process - even providing us a list the best restaurants in Amsterdam. The location was one block off a popular area of Amsterdam so it was great being on a quiet street. The home was very clean, modern, updated. The kitchen amenities were great. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. All the amenities felt like new. My family of five had an excellent stay at this home. Highly recommend it.
