L'alloggio comprende una stanza e un bagno. Sebbene ci siano solo queste due stanze, nel complesso l'alloggio risulta accogliente e ben curato. Il letto è comodo. La pulizia è ok. Il bagno è nuovo ed è dotato di un box doccia molto spazioso. Infine la posizione è molto comoda: si trova facilmente parcheggio e attraversando la strada vi è un piccolo centro commerciale con supermercato e locali in cui mangiare.
La stanza era molto calda e purtroppo l'aria condizionata non rinfrescava adeguatamente. La mattina l'ambiente è un po' rumoroso (ci siamo svegliati con le voci del personale delle pulizie).
