Spotlessly clean and ideal location.
Mattress was too soft so not a comfortable night's sleep (accept it's personal preference).

Location was fantastic right in the centre of Kings Lynn with free parking. It was very homely and well kept. Lovely finishes and just perfect.

Always lovely and clean and well looked after. It’s our second visit and we loved it just as much as the first time.
The only tiny problem we had is that the upstairs door don’t close properly, so they tended to bang in the night.
