- A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A washbasin with storage space.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x200), storage space and two wardrobes.
- A study room with television and sofa bed (140x200)
- Separate WC with washbasin
- Shower room no. 1 with walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
First floor:
- A cosy lounge with several sofas, a coffee table and a hi-fi system.
- A dining room with table and chairs.
Opposite, a north-west-facing terrace with mountain views of Grande Terche and Roc d'Enfer. There is garden furniture with table, chairs and deckchairs.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, large sink, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine.
