About this house rental
Our Savoyard house typical from the 18th century will delight you with its ideal location: 1.7 km from Lake Annecy in the heart of the Bauges Regional Nature Park and just in front of the Bornes-Aravis Massif that you can see from the garden (165 m²) and the terrace (80 m², equipped with a fountain).
In addition, our house enjoys the charm and the quietness of the small authentic village of Lathuile (church and town hall 130 m from the house and restaurants 300 m).
It is an ideal location to satisfy all tastes for successful holidays: relaxation and change of scenery guaranteed with many cultural and sport activities nearby (town of Annecy, castles, museums, swimming, sailing, paragliding, biking, skiing and canyoning).
Our house is rated 3 stars by the Tourist Office Union (UDOTSI 74)
On the ground floor: the kitchen and the living room (equipped with sofa-bed) open onto the terrace, the fountain and the garden where you benefit of a large garden table, 10 chairs, a sofa, 2 garden armchairs and 2 sunloungers but also a ping-pong and a darts game.
On the first floor: 1 bathroom (new, realized in 2017) and separate toilet, 4 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with double bed (French door access and balcony 20 sqm), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 extra folding bed and a baby cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk bed. So with the sofa bed in the living room, he capacity is 11 beds (+ baby), but its comfortable capacity is 10 people (+1 baby). Bedding is new: 2017 for double beds and 2014 for single beds.
Another shower room including toilet (new, realized in 2014) is the Ground floor

In addition to basic fittings, you will find: 40” television, Wi-Fi Internet access, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, books, games, ping-pong, baby chair, stand-up paddle, kayak (2 adults and 1 child), Satellite TV with over 100 channels in many languages (English, German, Italian, Chinese, Arabic…).

Cleaning and sheet/towel service is offered in option
You can rent it for less than 1 week: examined on a case-by-case basis
The beach and the Doussard nautical base, located just 1.8 km away, provide: swimming, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, playground, restaurants, tourist office, sailing courses and rental of catamarans, dinghies, windsurfers, kayaks and canoes.

A very comfortable house with a well-stocked kitchen, suitable for our age range of 1-75 years old. The garden was charming, the balcony provided a panoramic view of the area. Although we did not use them, there was a wide range of games, sporting equipment etc., with something for everybody. Great value for money, and in a location which gave easy access to all the attractions the area had to offer.

This was a great house - very well equipped kitchen and good facilities. The kids enjoyed the darts and lawn tennis game. Unfortunately we had a little mix-up at the start with only 4 towels being provided despite paying for 8. However Clement got this sorted out and all was OK in the end.
