Dans un quartier sympa, 10/15 min à pieds du centre historique de Venise. Des bon restaurant dans le coin.

Beste lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig, nett eingerichtet, neu und sauber ( zimmer in einer "wohnung"), frühstücksraum vorhanden
Für den check-in ist ein foto des reisepasses auf whatsapp zu senden. Bei " signal" oder "telegram" hätte ich ein besseres gefühl.

La posizione centrale.
Rumorosità per rintocchi del campanile ogni ora anche di notte. Inoltre rumorosità dalla strada dalle 6 del mattino per scarico merci del supermercato sottostante. Si suggerisce di sostituire le finestre con delle triplo vetro anti rumore.
