Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 82 m² flat in Rennes, which can accommodate up to 4 people, in a new luxury residence.
This new urban gem on a human scale, set on the landscaped banks of the Ille et Rance canal, combines majestic and contemporary architecture, incorporating principles from the work of architect Georges Maillols and elements of the Art Deco style of the existing façade, which has been preserved.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen with balcony, two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, a separate toilet and a fitted loggia.
As the parking access bleep is out of order, parking on the parking space will not be possible.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)

L'Air was outstanding! Spacious, modern, well-equipped, fabulous location, highly secure, plenty of light, comfortable, and spotlessly clean - these are all ways to describe the unit (L'Air) that my family of four adults rented in Rennes. I wish our stay could have been longer because the accommodation was outstanding. If we are back in Rennes, we will definitely try to stay here again. The rental agency and local contact were prompt, efficient, and courteous. We enjoyed getting to know Amirouche, who was the local contact. Top notch experience from every angle.
