In Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande, we offer this charming 85 m² house with wifi (fibre optics) for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 20 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)

- A beautiful 20 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. The private parking space is located in a covered car park in the residence, 110 metres from the house.
