In Rennes, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming, brand-new duplex apartment for rent, delivered in 2023 with wifi (fiber optics). It has a surface area of 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
This 18-unit building combines the charm of the old with the comfort of the new.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, and a bathroom (with shower).
Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 17 m² living room
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, just a stone's throw from the city center, between Place Hoche and the Faculty of Law, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby Hoche and Hotel Dieu parking lots, less than 350 meters away (paid parking).
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Metro jules ferry line B , 400 meters away
- Nearest train station: Rennes, approx. 3 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes Saint Jacques, approx. 8 km away

Le Saint-Martin Bis Everything was perfect. Clean and spacious apartment in the heart of Rennes with many restaurants, bars and shops in a close distance. We used it as the base for a tour in Bretagne.

The location was great but the soaps and shampoo were very watered down and not affective. Luckily we brought our own soap and made the best of it with the shampoo. Sarah made the check-in very easy by promptly meeting my family at the property. She explained everything and asked if we had any questions before departing. Overall the place was very good.
