Outdoor dining is a delight with the BBQ close by and a patio table that seats 6! The downstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large flat-screen TV for your relaxation.

We enjoyed a destination Thanksgiving this year at the Ledges in St. George! The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook and enjoy a delicious holiday meal. The prime location near hiking opportunities in Snow Canyon State Park and swimming in the heated pool and jacuzzi on site were welcome additions for family fun. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Ledges is a great place to stay and overall, the home served its purpose. However, within the home, there were a lot of deferred maintenance items that were rather surprising, considering the loveliness of the Ledges overall.The coffee maker appeared to have not been cleaned in ages. We asked for a new one the first night there, and received one the very next morning.The exterior garage lights appeared to be burnt out (also corrected during our stay), the box spring of the smaller bed in the upstairs bedroom at end of hall is nasty dirty, with rust colored stains around it. A simple bed skirt would at least cover it to make things look cleaner. The bathroom for that bedroom had mildew on the shower curtain. There were not instructions on how to operate the TVs. The ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms would only operate at full speed. Remotes did not work. Grill was not cleaned after the last use before us. On the main floor bedroom's bathroom sink (left one), the faucet handle just pops right off. The bathroom in the bedroom right at the top of the stairs has a loose shampoo/conditioner rack. Also a piece of trim on the downstairs sliding glass door was broken and loose, which sometimes made it difficult to close that door. Again, small stuff, but it all adds up.We did really enjoy the upstairs main outdoor patio, and the home had really good space. Loved having all ensuites and the extra powder room downstairs. Great location with just the short walk to the pool.

It was fine… we didn’t appreciate not being able to co trip the thermostat. I would not have booked had I known. Very little cleaning supplies, and all the washcloths stunk horribly! Overall, a comfortable few days.
