About this villa rental
Ideally located on the seafront with an exceptional view of Riva Bella beach, Villa Tamaris is a Norman house offering all the comfort and equipment of a real family home.
You will enjoy strolling along the most beautiful beach on the coast, sipping a cocktail at the beach bar 50m away, or simply admiring the sunset over the sea from the bedroom terrace.
Renovated in 2024, Villa Tamaris is very spacious for 6 people: 160m², 3 bedrooms, 1 office.
On the 2nd floor:
- Master bedroom with en-suite shower room and an exceptional terrace. 160x200 bed. Stunning sea view.
- Bedroom with two 80x200 beds (can be joined). Beautiful dual-aspect sea view.
- Bedroom with two 80x200 beds (can be joined). Partial sea view.
- Separate shower room,
- WC.
On the 1st floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker.)
- Large living room
- Dining room with 6 chairs and beautiful dual-aspect sea view.
- Large separate office
- WC,
On the ground floor:
- Washing machine, dryer.
A fenced, secure, and flowered outdoor area:
- A driveway that can accommodate one car, or several in a row.
- A 70m2 courtyard, sheltered from view, with sun loungers, gas barbecue, outdoor table, parasol.
Other equipment:
- High-speed fibre internet & WiFi.
- 5 bicycles: 2 adult bikes, 2 small adult/teen bikes, 1 child bike (age 6).
- Outdoor gas barbecue.
- All bedding is brand new.
- A few beach games.
- But NO TV, replaced by books and board games.
- Smoke detector, fire extinguisher.

Conditions:
- Mandatory cleaning fee of €120, to be paid on-site to the concierge.
- Bed linen and towels available as an option (beds and towels. Price depends on configuration).
- Signature of our rental agreement.
- Check-in and check-out handled by our concierge.
- Security deposit required upon arrival (uncashed cheque).
- Inventory provided as a video to be validated within 24 hours.
- The house must be left tidy before departure.
