Welcome to your wine country oasis that sits on 3.5 acres of nature and beauty. Sip on a glass of pinot as you lay back in the steamy spa while taking in the picturesque views of the sun-kissed vine-covered hills of Santa Rosa. This grand residence flaunts a stone wall fireplace, wood finishes, tall windows that engulf the home with natural light, and an extensive patio that allows you to host a wine tasting of your own. Spend days lounging poolside or taking in the natural beauty that encompasses your estate.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

We stayed at this home during our wedding weekend with some friends. It was a beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable house. The beds were very nice and the common spaces are perfect for a group. This is an older house, so there are some quirks, but nothing that impacted our stay.

We had a good time. Kitchen well equipped but could be brighter in dining area as mentioned in other reviews. WI-FI was off most of the time which did cause some problems for our group. Spa was nice

We love the neighborhood and the cleanliness of the bathrooms and bedrooms. I have a few suggestions for the host. We weren’t able to use the hot tub because the chlorine levels were so high. It burned our skin. So we tried to use the tub in the master bath, but could only get 4 inches of 90° water before the water turned cold. No other device was running hot water in the house at the time. We suggest leaving more than a few garbage bags. Perhaps an extra roll of paper towels would help keep clean At one point, the power went out and three guests had to leave immediately, as they were in meetings online. We were told that power goes out frequently and would not be off long, which it wasn’t. However, since the price is high for this house, we would expect a generator to be available since this is a common occurrence. we found the response from the owner was not compassionate or helpful. Although most of the house was clean and in order, The master staircase is in need of cobweb removal. We hope this feedback will help the owners advertise more accurately and provide guests with the amenities they are paying for. There were only three bowls and not enough forks for more than one meal of seven people.
