Situated on a bluff, this oceanfront home boasts a 180 degree unobstructed close water ocean view, spanning from Point Reyes to Bodega Head. Hear the sounds of the waves crashing below and see Pelicans flying overhead. A short seven minute walk down the Pinnacle Gulch Trail leads to a secluded beach complete with tide pools at low tide.
The floor plan of this spacious home is ideal for large gatherings. The house has 4 bedrooms that includes two master suites. Each bedroom has it's own state of the art 50 inch 4KHD flat screen tv and the living room has a 70 inch 4KHD flat screen tv with available cable and high speed internet connection, The fully equipped kitchen and laundry area has large appliances and the home has an 8 person hot tub that is professionally cleaned once a week, pool table, game table and both a charcoal and a gas grill. There is plenty of outdoor seating available.
We take pride in replacing pillows and sheets every few months. The hot tub is serviced every single week. The living room furniture, mattresses, rugs, paint and most flooring is new to provide our special and valued guests with a very clean home.

Kitchen had more appliances than any other VRBO that I have stayed at. Beautiful views! I would definitely stay there again. Hot tub was perfect!

The view of the ocean was amazing, the bedrooms were cold but we bought firewood so the living room was warm and comfortable.

Good communication with the host.Well stocked kitchen.Clean house.Spectacular view.Near beach path.Hot tub just needed to be turned up a bit.Maybe add in the online VRBO post that it’s a tri-level house;it might be a challenge for some…Overall,a great place for our family gathering!

The view is beautiful!; however the house needs some attention. A really good cleaning and some paint would be helpful. There are multiple stairs to get to the main floor, there is a really good handrail. There are also a couple of stairs to the kitchen also with a really good handrail. There is a sunken living room, unfortunately there is not a hand rail and there is a piece of trim that is a tripping hazzard. The host was very kind and communication was good. There is a pool table in the garage and multiple adirondack chairs on the front patio. The hot tub area is in the middle of the house and a couple of the bedrooms have doors that open into that area. The deck is soft in a few places. There were a lot of extra blankets and space heaters for your use, as well as a fireplace. Lighting in the kitchen and living room was pretty dim. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
