Continue down the hall to find the first full bathroom, featuring a bidet and premium amenities. The hallway opens up into a bright and cozy living room—perfect for relaxing by the fireplace or enjoying movie night on the oversized Smart TV. Toward the back of the house, you`ll find the kitchen and dining area, fully stocked for cooking and sharing meals together.
Second Floor
Head upstairs to the second full bathroom (also with bidet), conveniently located at the top of the stairs. Directly ahead is the game room, a guest favorite with its wet bar, Smart TV, and Pac-Man arcade cabinet—ideal for evening fun. 1. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is allowed outside only; please, no butts on the ground. A minimum $2,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of 12 persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Guest is responsible for all child proofing. Any child amenities (pack & plays, high chairs, etc.) shall be completely and fully inspected for satisfactory working order by Guest prior to use. Hosts do not inspect child amenities between stays, and any injuries resulting from their use are 100% guest-related.
5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
6. Tampering with / disabling the decibel meter and refusing to reinstall it is grounds for immediate cancellation.
7. No food or glass in the hot tub is permitted. If the hot tub requires draining and refilling after check out (due to murky / fouled water or broken glass) a $400 fee will be charged for a rapid water change & rebalance.
8. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out. However, we also don`t expect our guests to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to garbage, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.

The house was immaculate! Neighborhood was great. Only a 7 min drive/uber to convention center. Our teenage sons loved the game area leading right to the hot tub. We will definitely book again.

Here is a new version.Revised Review for VRBO PropertyWe had a pleasant stay at this fully renovated house. It’s spacious and has some nice features that suited our group. Here’s a breakdown of the pros and cons:Pros:•Four large, nicely furnished bedrooms.•Three bathrooms, all with showers (no tubs).•Smaller game room that leads to a patio with a hot tub, which we enjoyed.•Large TVs in each bedroom for those who like to watch TV.•Convenient location for exploring Mt. Washington.•Property managers were helpful and quick to respond.We didn’t explore the outdoor area much due to the cold weather, but the hot tub was definitely a plus.Cons:•The sit-down dining area is small, fitting only four people comfortably.•There are lots of stairs because of the three-level layout.•The driveway is steep, and there are stairs leading to the front door, which might be a challenge for some.Overall, the house met our needs and offered a comfortable stay.

Our group of 7 adults really enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space was incredible! Location is great - walking distance to restaurants/bars on both Grandview and Shiloh St. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider renting again if I return to Pittsburgh.
