We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, a dishwasher pod, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, ground coffee, a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
We always provide the linens-towels and bedding needed for your stay. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out! We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you.
Security:
For your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels.
Basic Rules:
No one wants a bad stay so here are some basic rules to ensure a smooth memorable safe stay:
1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.
2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.
3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.
4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.

Communication with the host was excellent before and during stay. Pictures are exactly what you get. House is spacious with three floors and big. 2 big bathrooms and a large kitchen for a group people. Everything we needed was available. Would stay here again.

Lovely 3-story row home on a quiet street in the Northside. Everything was clean, and the house was just what we needed for a one-night stay in the Burgh.

The listing is clean and spacious, perfect for a day trip with the family to catch a game, or for an extended stay in the city. The host was responsive, location close to downtown, and most importantly the living area was very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall, this property was a good experience. It was big enough for us, had hot water, a fridge, a big kitchen table.
While the property looks decent, it is located in a rough-looking neighborhood with dilapidated buildings, broken windows, trash, and boarded up abondoned buildings. While that wasn't a great first impression, our parked rental cars were not bothered and no one really bothered us either. Might be something to consider though if you're wanting to stay somewhere you can feel safe walking around.
It is also located across the street from train tracks and some sort of truck hub. At night, the trains literally shook the walls and the trucks honked continuously. Sleep didn't come easy. That said, the price was still good for the amount of space we got, so it is understandable that some things have to give.
It would be good if this was disclosed in the listing, however, for light sleepers .
At one point early on in my reservation process, I needed help to verify a payment and reached out to VRBO. They said this property is actually through Henry's 3E real estate company and not through VRBO, and I'd have to contact him directly. VRBO could not assist me at all. Thankfully, Henry was quite responsive to my messages about payments.
We did have an issue with the cleaning crew not doing a thorough job- unchanged bed with gray hairs in the sheets, some trash on the floor and some obvious filth in places. A bag of garbage in the backyard had opened and garbage was spilled out over much of the yard. It is perhaps our fault as one person in my party arrived 2 hours early because she couldn't get ahold of Henry, who said he'd try to get our unit cleaned first so we could check-in early. She had been trying to email him since the morning but never heard back. She knocked in an attempt to simply ask someone if it was ready. The cleaners said Henry never mentioned it to them and that my relative could leave her bags while they finish up. She left her bags, but when she returned, it was apparent the cleaners had left without finishing the job.
We're pretty understanding people, but sleeping in a dirty bed was gross. All things considered, this was a good enough place to stay for a few nights. The price is pretty good for the amount of space. I'd recommend it to anyone who isn't expecting the Ritz, has street smarts and can handle the neighborhood and won't mind the noise at night.
