And now brand new red lounge chairs that become flat chaises. Dusk to dawn lighting outside from the moment you step out of your car in the carport or wheel in on your bicycle from the bike path --every step to the front door. No better place to celebrate the return of the Venice Beach sunshine.
Going inside the the French doors: A window wrapped sun porch with white sofa and wood desk looks out to your private redwood decked garden. This is a 1920's architectural delight complete with envelope doors.. Then there's the copper kitchen, whole house water filtration system, comfortable classy leather furniture, jewel box plaster walls, Oak Hardwood Floors and original art, high speed wireless Verizon 5G, full channel flat screen smart tv.
Bedrooms have blackout curtains in case you like to stay up late and sleep in. So popular with the film and TV crowd who often shoot deep into the night and still get those 7-8 hours of sleep.
Bedding is all cotton. Organic mattress. Comfy good night's sleep because that's what we look for!
One block to the world famous Venice Beach Boardwalk and the wide stretch of sand and waves of the Pacific.
One block to Abbott Kinney and Main Street, Venice's 2 best shopping and restaurant streets. Leave your car in the carport and let your feet take you. Or cycle.
This is a perfect place to come home to after sight seeing, after work. Or just stay in. Write, read, binge your favorite series, take inspiring walks at water's edge, swim in the Pacific, peddle the bike path, walk 1 block to Abbot Kinney for great restaurants, cappuccinos, wine bars. Of course we have menus on the coffee table! If you like to cook, there's a custom copper kitchen. Check out the photos. If you have guests for dinner it’s fully equipped including extra chairs and leaf to expand the dining table.
