Appartamento abbastanza ampio, perfetto per 2-3 persone, con un bel bagno, pulito e con tutto il necessario per soggiorno ottimale.Cucina ben fornita con lavastoviglie , forno , microonde se si vuole cucinare. Letto morbido ma comodo. Posizione in quartiere tranquillo non distante dai mezzi pubblici ( circa 5 minuti per la metro più vicina).
Ingresso tipico londinese , sotto la scala di ingresso del piano superiore che non rispecchia l' interno

We had a wonderful stay in this flat. It is very conveniently located less than 10 min walk from Kensington station and an easy (and interesting) walk to the South Bank, yet peaceful enough to forget we were in a busy city.
The flat was perfect for a couple, was immaculately presented and had the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!
We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Location was extremely safe. The shower was impeccable and HOT. Bed was very comfy. Very quiet. Had all the cooking utensils you needed including carafe for coffee. Fridge was good. Photos were representative.
Only thing I would say is, it’s a blanket covering the couch - just felt a bit icky.

Concernant l’appartement, c’était bien. Il y avait un ventilateur sur pied pour les jours chauds. La douche très satisfaisante. Une belle grande tv pour regarder Wimbledon. Le lit très mou mais quand même confortable.
Mauvaise expérience de check-in : la clé récupérée dans la lockbox ne fonctionnant pas, on nous a demandé d’aller chercher une autre clé à 1 km de l’appartement pour un résultat identique. Même la femme de ménage qui est arrivée entre-temps ne pouvait pas rentrer. Finalement après plusieurs appels, ils ont rejoint le propriétaire qui avait barré la porte en laissant une clé dans la serrure de l’intérieur (!?!?!). Après tout ça, il a fallu attendre environ 2 heures pour le ménage, ce qui a repoussé notre entrée à 17h au lieu de 15h, assez décevant surtout qu’on avait demandé un early check-in.
Le lit n’est pas un King comme indiqué. Il n’y a pas de coussins pour les chaises extérieures. L’espace extérieur arrière n’est pas nettoyé et est presque laissé à l’abandon.
